It was a well structured class. We only came up till Trikonasana though. I introduced the Chaturanga with a bolster at the chest.
I am now able to accurately see that we do not really come to the point of Asana Bonus. The Sukshma Vyayama takes about 15 minutes. Asana practice can vary a lot.
Didn’t get to Ushtrasana, Naukasana. Introduced Nadi Shuddhi. Time was rather well distributed. Need to revisit Mudras esp. Shoonya Mudra
Need to redo Namaskara Parsvakonasana. Never got to Vatayanasana etc.
Never got to the bonus Asana. We managed to get through the rest. The first Sukshma Vyayama took almost 25 minutes.
